47 Years of God's Provision

In 1965, Pastor Don Tyler believed that parents should have the option of a quality Christian education for their children. That year, BCS began with a single kindergarten program. 

Interest in the idea quickly exceeded expectations, with the addition of 1st through 8th grades beginning in 1974. The following year saw the addition of high school grades and construction began on a new school facility.

This year will see our 36th graduating class cross the platform to receive their diplomas. Over the years, hundreds of students have discovered God's calling for their lives at BCS.

"God with his awesome power chose to create the universe and all which is in the universe in six days. In the creation of Bethesda Christian Schools, God chose to require many hours of planning, funding and building in order to develop such a fine facility. Supporters sacrificed their time, money and efforts for the construction of the building. A combination of these sacrifices and the countless hours which people spent on their knees in prayer attribute to the success of Bethesda Christian Schools."
